Elder Ronald Hearne is the pastor of New Life Outreach Church Ministries, Inc., and is part of the Fourth Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Indiana North Central COGIC Evangelistic staff.  Elder Hearne is also a member of the renowned Hearne Family.  Most importantly, he loves the Lord and New Life Outreach Church Ministries.  He is a devoted husband of 43 years, a father and grandfather.  Elder Hearne is a graduate of Emerson High School. He received his Associates degree in Life and Health Insurance from Midwest Institute.  Elder Hearne retired from the US Steel Gary Works after 33 years of service.  He was a girls’ basketball coach in the Gary Community School system for over 31 years.
